To give our brides the best experience possible, we have extremely high standards for potential candidates. We look for someone who is confident, professional, relatable, and has a love for fashion and people! While bridal, retail, or customer service experience is preferred - it is not the only thing we look for. What is required is weekend availability - Saturday is our busiest (and most fun) day! Our ideal candidate is one that is eager to learn and recognize what a privilege it is to help women during such a special time in their lives.
Our Bridal Stylist's are the heart and soul of what we do! You work one-on-one with our brides to help them find the wedding dress of their dreams. We are by appointment only so each and every bride has a personalized, relaxing experience. We work with world renowned designers the likes of Vera Wang and Berta - so you must be extremely knowledgeable on fabrics, fit, and style. If you join our Team, you'll go through a mandatory three month training period. You will learn a ton and feel confident once you take your first appointment on your own! As a bridal stylist, you are also expected to answer the phone, keep the boutique in a perfectly clean and presentable state, and be a team player who is eager to help the other stylists when they need it! Hours vary depending on seasonality so someone with a flexible schedule is ideal. Saturdays required.
