1. Can you tell us a little about yourself and how you became a bridal stylist?

I am originally from New Jersey and moved to Florida three years ago for year-round sunshine. I grew up at the beach and can never be too far from the ocean. Before moving south, I owned a clothing boutique in a small beach town in New Jersey. I decided to join the bridal fashion world after helping one of my good friends shop for her wedding dress. I quickly realized it was right up my alley!

2. What inspired you to work in bridal fashion specifically?

My inspiration to work in bridal developed while assisting one of my best friends in finding her gown. I realized how much I loved the process of helping her discover the perfect dress, while also falling in love with some of the incredible designers along the way.

3. How long have you been working as a stylist, and what’s your favorite part of the job?

I’ve been working as a stylist for about two and a half years now. My favorite part is helping brides bring their vision to life. It’s like starting with a blank canvas and curating an entire look that reflects who they are.

4. What’s the first thing you ask a bride when she comes in for an appointment?

The first thing I usually ask is, “Where are you getting married?” The bride’s venue says so much about her and her partner—it helps paint the story of how they want their special day to feel.

5. How do you help brides who feel overwhelmed or unsure of what they want?

I remind them to take a deep breath and have fun. Trying on gowns should be a joyful experience, and I’m here to do the hard part. A big part of styling is observing how a bride feels in each gown and guiding her in the right direction—even if she doesn’t quite know how to put it into words.

6. What are some common misconceptions brides have about wedding dress shopping?

I’d say the number one misconception is that brides have to shop at multiple stores. I always tell my brides: you’ve already done your research before choosing to come to Love Bridal Boutique. Don’t lose the magic of the moment by worrying about “beating” a dress you already love.

7. What dress trends are you loving right now?

This is tough because I love so many! My current favorites are true A-line gowns with no waist seam, chantilly lace details, and of course, a dramatic long sleeve moment.

8. What’s something most people don’t realize about being a bridal stylist?

Most people don’t realize how much preparation goes into an appointment before the bride even arrives. We aren’t just sales consultants—we truly care about each bride’s experience. Wedding gown shopping is such an emotional process, and we’re here to be supportive, helpful, and to make sure each bride feels comfortable and confident.

9. What’s your #1 piece of advice for brides before their first appointment?

Stay authentic to who you are. Your bridal gown should reflect your personal style—just elevated for your special day.

Bring loved ones with positive energy who truly have your best interests at heart. The right support system makes all the difference.
